Material blend

We support you in the melting of special analyses. Our material blends increase the scrap content of your batches and thus reducing costs when charging the furnace. Using XRF and F-OES, we provide accurate analyses of our blend materials. The variety of materials available reduces the need for alloying additions in the charge calculation. Blends are delivered in batches, so you can rely on consistent analysis when using the blends.

Accurate analysis for reliable – Melting results

We increase the use rate of secondary raw materials in your smelter through precise analysis.

XRF

Pre-sorting is done with the help of modern handheld XRF equipment. Based on the measured elements chromium, manganese, iron, nickel, molybdenum, titanium, niobium, vanadium, cobalt, copper, tungsten and aluminum, we are able to determine a variety of scrap materials specifically.

F-OES

The previously measured values are checked again and the analysis is completed with the elements carbon, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon and nitrogen.
